Invoicing and expenses for solo taxi drivers

An offline-first billing app for taxi, cab and auto drivers in India. Record the trip, send the invoice, track what the day cost.

The problem

A solo driver bills by hand, often where there is no signal. Paper slips go missing, expenses are never added up, and at the end of the month there is no way to say what the work actually earned.

What we built

An offline-first app: trips, invoices and expenses save on the phone and sync on their own when the signal comes back
PDF invoices carrying the driver's own logo, layout and colours, shared straight to WhatsApp
A UPI QR with the fare already filled in, so the passenger pays before stepping out
A separate admin panel for subscriptions, support tickets and platform settings

How it is built

Laravel API on AWS Lambda, Postgres, a React PWA, and an Android app built from the same code.
