An online store that does the admin as well as the selling
Taking the order is the easy part. What makes a store worth having is that the payment, the stock count and the delivery status all update themselves, so nobody is copying numbers into a spreadsheet at the end of the day.
Quote on request. We reply with a scope, a timeline and a price.
The situation this fixes
Orders arrive on WhatsApp, on Instagram and over the phone. Somebody writes them down, somebody else checks whether the item is in stock, and a third person chases the payment.
It works until it is busy. Then two customers are sold the last item, a payment goes uncollected, and the only record of what happened is in one person's messages.
What you get
A catalogue you control
Add products, set prices, upload photos, group things into categories and run an offer, all from an admin panel. Change a price once and it is right everywhere.
A checkout people finish
Built for a phone, with as few steps as the order needs. Every extra field on a checkout page loses customers, so there are no fields that do not earn their place.
Payments taken properly
UPI, cards and netbanking through an established payment gateway. The money reaches your account directly, and the order is only marked paid when the gateway confirms it, not when the browser says so.
Stock that counts itself down
Selling an item reduces the count. When it reaches zero the product stops being orderable, so you never have to apologise for a sale you cannot fulfil.
An order screen for your staff
Every order in one list with its status, the customer's details and what they paid. Mark it packed, mark it shipped, add a tracking number, and the customer is told automatically.
Sales you can look at
What sold, when and how much came in. Enough to decide what to reorder without exporting anything.
Who this suits
- A shop or brand selling on WhatsApp and social media that has outgrown it
- A business whose marketplace commission is now larger than its own site would cost
- Anyone who needs stock and orders in one place rather than in three
How it goes
- 1
A call
What you sell, how many products, and how orders reach you today.

- 4
Build, then a test order
You place a real order end to end, payment included, before launch.
- 5
Handover and training
Your staff run through adding a product and processing an order with us.
Questions we get asked
- Which payment methods can we accept?
- UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets, through an Indian payment gateway. Money settles into your own account on the gateway's normal schedule.
- Can we still sell on a marketplace as well?
- Yes. Most businesses keep the marketplace for reach and use their own store for repeat customers, where there is no commission.
- What happens when two people buy the last item at once?
- Stock is reserved when the order is placed, not when it is packed, so the second customer sees it as unavailable rather than being sold something that is gone.
