Bookings that come in while you are busy working
Every call you miss is an appointment somebody else got. A booking system takes the appointment at eleven at night, holds the slot, takes a deposit if you want one, and reminds the customer so they turn up.
Quote on request. We reply with a scope, a timeline and a price.
The situation this fixes
Appointments are taken on the phone, which means during working hours, by someone who is also doing something else. The diary is a book, or a shared calendar that two people edit.
Double bookings happen. So do no-shows, because nothing reminds anyone. And the customer who wanted to book at nine in the evening simply booked somewhere else.
What you get
Availability that reflects reality
Opening hours, individual staff schedules, holidays, lunch breaks and gaps between appointments. The customer is only shown a slot you can genuinely take.
Booking in under a minute on a phone
Pick a service, pick a time, confirm. No account to create, because making someone register before they can book is how you lose the booking.
Deposits that stop no-shows
Take a deposit or the full amount at booking time, online. The single most effective thing you can do about people not turning up.
Reminders sent automatically
A confirmation immediately, then a reminder before the appointment, so the customer does not forget and you do not have to phone them.
A day view for your staff
Today's appointments on one screen, with reschedules, cancellations and walk-ins added by hand when the phone still rings.
Per-staff or per-resource booking
Book a specific person, a room, a chair or a machine, with each one having its own availability.

Questions we get asked
- Can we still take bookings over the phone?
- Yes. Staff add a phone booking to the same diary, so there is one source of truth and no double booking between the two.
- Can each staff member have different hours?
- Yes. Availability is per staff member or per resource, including individual holidays and part-time days.
- Do we have to take payment at booking?
- No, it is your choice per service. A deposit is the most effective way to reduce no-shows, but free booking with a reminder is a valid setup.
