These terms cover your use of www.preacton.com. Using the site means you accept them. They do not cover a project we build for you, which runs on a separate written agreement.
Who we are
Preacton is a web development company based in Kerala, India. We build websites, ecommerce stores, learning platforms, booking systems, management software and our own SaaS products.
Using this site
You may read this site, share links to it and contact us through the forms. Do not try to break into it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or use it to send unlawful or misleading content.
Our content
The text, design, code, logo and images on this site belong to Preacton unless stated otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish a page or reuse the design as your own.
What you send us
You keep the rights to anything you send through a form. You give us permission to read it, store it and reply to it. Do not send confidential material through the contact form; ask us for a signed agreement first.
Job applications
Applying through the career form does not create an offer or an obligation on either side. We review every application and reply only to the ones we take forward. Your resume is handled under the privacy policy.
Quotes and project work
Prices on this site are quote on request. A quote we send you is an estimate based on the scope you described, valid for the period stated in it. Work starts only after a written agreement that names the scope, the timeline and the payment terms.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run, including our own products and profiles on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty on site content
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or never offline. Nothing here is legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.
Limit of liability
We are not liable for loss that follows from using this site, such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them is subject to the courts of Kerala, India.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the site or the way we work changes, and we change the date at the top of the page when we do.
